Booking Terms:

Payments:
Payment can be made in either Euros or Sterling to our UK Bank or Spanish Bank – details of which will be advised. A map of directions to the property will be forwarded to you once the deposit has been received.

Booking:
When you make a booking a deposit of 25% (by cheque or bank transfer) is required to secure your reservation. The balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks before your arrival date. The cost is all inclusive of electricity, water.

Reservations will only be held open for a period of 10 days pending receipt of your deposit payment.

Damages:
A returnable deposit of £150 must be paid by the hirer either on a separate cheque or bank transfer at the time of paying the final balance. Payment for any damage, breakages, or missing inventory items i.e. loss of key will be deducted from the damages deposit. The full deposit will be returned to the hirer within two weeks of departure if there are no missing or damaged items.

Cancellation Charges:
More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - no charge
4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate
2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of the total rental rate
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of the total rate

The apartment is available from 2pm on the date of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Use of the apartment outside of these times may be possible but ONLY BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.

Longer term lettings available on request at discount to the stated prices.
